In my YouTube video "20 Ways I Will Change My Life In 2020" I shared with my audience that I was going to get back into my reflective practices for the new year. I created a weekly and monthly check in worksheets for myself to use for this purpose, and I would love to share it with all of you for free.

Self reflection is such a POWERFUL tool for all areas of life. I wanted to have an easy and systematic check in system where I could look back on each week and each month. The worksheets focus on self growth in a positive, simple and gentle way. By using a check in system to reflect on our lives we can start to notice patterns, adopt new habits, and begin to live an overall happier, healthier and more balanced life.
